Recap: Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner

After months of planning, the Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner was a success on Saturday.

President of the James Beard Foundation, Susan Ungaro, and celebrity host Robert Irvine helped kick off the evening at Kuro, with Susan Ungaro speaking about the 30th Anniversary of the James Beard Foundation and ever-funny Robert Irvine cracking jokes to bring on the food.

Guests were able to bid on silent auction items, like the Party Like A Rock Star package and dinner for four at the James Beard House in New York.2

Each chef directed and put the final touches on their course.
