1. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and a US Citizen in order to participate in this social media promotion.

Entry & Eligibility

1. All participants will be required to do the following in order to be entered to win:
   • User must follow @HardRockHolly on Instagram.
   • Post a photo of their food or cocktail from Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s Kuro restaurant during the Yelp Elite Holiday Party for a chance to win.
   • Participants must upload photos to their personal IG, tag @HardRockHolly and @YelpBPB and include the required hash tag – #YelpAtKuro.
   • The user’s privacy settings must be set to public.
   • Visit blog.seminolehardrockhollywood.com/ YelpAtKuro for rules.
2. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can submit. Entries may be submitted from 7-8:30pm on December 14, 2016.
3. Submissions will be judged for timeliness within the contest period and accuracy. A food item or cocktail must be used in the photo, as well as the hashtag # YelpAtKuro and tag IG, tag @HardRockHolly and @YelpBPB for a valid entry.
4. Winners will be selected by an unbiased, third party random selection tool.
5. Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino – Hollywood, FL will notify the winners via live announcement on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 before 9:00pm at the event.
6. Entries and prizes are non-transferable.
7. Prize will be a $200 gift certificate to Kuro.
8. Winner must be willing and able to claim prize in person at Yelp Elite Holiday Party at 9:00pm, Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s Kuro restaurant.
9. Prize only valid for redemption on Wednesday, December 14, 2016.
10. One prize per participant per promotion.

Prize Schedule

Entries will be accepted starting at 7:00pm until 8:30pm Wednesay, December 14, 2016. Ten (10) winners will be announced before 9:00pm EST to win a gift certificate to Kuro (a $200 value).

General Rules

1. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Hard Rock Hollywood Marketing Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission.
2. Any and all applicable taxes or license fees will be final and binding on all participants.
3. Hard Rock Hollywood Marketing Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision will be final and binding on all participants.
4. By participating, winners hereby give their permission to use their names, likenesses, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.
5. Employees of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos and the Seminole Casinos and employees of vendors permanently assigned to work at a particular property and their immediate family members may not participate in any casino promotions, giveaways, sweepstakes, contests or events at any of the Seminole properties. Also excluded from participating in promotions and events are Tour Operators, their agents and employees, as well as employees of advertising agencies, and promotional companies, their immediate family members agent’s, successors and assignees.
6. These rules or this offer may be modified or cancelled by Hard Rock Hollywood Marketing Management at any time based on operational and/or business concerns.
7. All prizes will be awarded as described. Prizes depicted in advertising are for promotional purposes and subject to manufacturer’s availability and may not accurately represent actual prizes to be won.
8. Prizes will be awarded in person at Kuro. Participants must be present at the time of the winner announcement in order to claim their prize.
