The word “FUN” is top-of-mind when thinking of the Hard Rock brand. What would you identify as the most fun part of your position?

Providing great memories and moments for our guests and team members.

Seminole Hard Rock is an international destination situated in sunny South Florida. What are the top five “must-do’s” for anyone who travels to the resort?

  1. Our gaming floor offers one of the finest options for gaming in the world for our guests.
  2. Our gourmet restaurants are second to none.
  3. Our lagoon-style pool area is exceptional.
  4. Our Hard Rock Live arena provides diverse, world-class entertainment in a very intimate setting.
  5. The proximity of our property to both Fort Lauderdale and Miami is a short gateway to everything that both of those cities have to offer.

OFF THE CLOCK

What do you like to do on your time off?

I like to spend as much time as possible with my family (my wife, Sarah; my daughter, Katie Jane; and our Jack Russell named Finbar) and close friends. I love listening to music and seeing live music, as well. Also, living in South Florida allows you to spend a huge amount of time outside, enjoying everything that this wonderful area has to offer. I ride my bicycle a ton, like to play my guitar (although I am not very good), and I work out in between all of that. And I will not say no to the occasional pint of Guinness.

What was the most memorable concert you’ve been to and why? How old were you?

U2, at the Philadelphia Spectrum on April 24, 1985. I was 21 years old. It was the first time I had seen them live, and they were still in their developmental period, on the upswing. I was with my brother and two childhood friends. I had never seen a band perform, collectively, with such hunger, passion and energy. The music, lyrics, performance … they had the whole package and were very unique in how they presented it. It changed my life; they set the bar for me regarding live performances.

What is your favorite sports team?

I was born and raised in Philadelphia. I bleed Eagles green, Phillies red, Flyers black and orange, and Sixers red, white and blue, depending on what time of year it is.
