The word “FUN” is top-of-mind when thinking of the Hard Rock brand. What would you identify as the most fun part of your position?
I am lucky to have one of the most dynamic, fun and exciting positions in the casino. We are always working on creating and executing new exciting events, developing new products, whether it be a restaurant or VIP parking garage, and constantly improving our guest’s experience. No two days are ever the same, and I work with the best and most passionate team in the business!
Seminole Hard Rock is an international destination situated in sunny South Florida. What are the top five “must-do’s” for anyone who travels to the resort?
1) Try the Tuna Crispy Rice at Kuro (simply the best).
2) Have one of the most unique cocktails in South Florida at L Bar.
3) Get a cabana at the pool; it’s the perfect day away from the beach.
4) Recharge your batteries with a Bloody Mary at the DJ PJ brunch at Blue Plate.
5) Try the stone crab claws at Council Oak while they are in season. Perfect!

Who is one of your favorite music artists and why?
Music is embedded in the DNA of Hard Rock, and it’s a great place to work for those of us who are passionate about music. The best concert I’ve ever seen was AC/DC, while my favorite current band is Mumford & Sons. Hopefully, we’ll book one of them soon at Hard Rock Live!
Do you have a hobby?
The two hobbies I am most passionate about are photography and travel. I spent a few years traveling and have enjoyed spending time in over 75 countries. Now that I have a new baby, my travel photography passion has become a baby photo passion!
What is your favorite casino game?
When I spend time in the casino, you can find me at the bar playing Video Poker or having a great social night at the black jack tables. I like a casino like Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood with great energy and fun!
Where do you like to go for vacation?
Thailand! I love the beach, the food and the culture. It is a great country to go get away from it all. Now that I have a baby, we stay local and visit the Cayman Islands or Mexico.
