With every month that goes by, we try to recognize employees for their rock star performance and attitudes. Our Rocker of the Month program is unique to Hard Rock, and each month we hold a lunch for the candidates to find out who takes the title. The two winners of Rocker of the Month take home cash prizes, and also get a chance to win Rocker of the Year – a coveted title with prizes to match!
