OFFICIAL RULES – 50K Instagram Followers Giveaway

As a thank you for the continued support, we’re hosting an Instagram giveaway for our 50,000 loyal followers! Visit our Instagram page for a chance to win a dinner for 2 at Hard Rock Cafe and a night stay at our hotel.

Participants must be at least 21 years of age and a US citizen in order to participate in this offer. 

Entry & Eligibility

Participants must do the following in order to be entered to win:

  • User must be following Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood (@hardrockholly) on Instagram
  • Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood will post a message about the 50k follower giveaway and user will reply in the comments section of the post tagging the person they would like to share the experience with. User must comment directly on the post by typing the person’s name or relationship to them, or by tagging the person’s Instagram profile.

One (1) fan comments and tags on the post will be randomly selected to win.

LIMIT of 1 entry per participant.  Entries may be submitted from the time it is posted until July 1 at 12pm. All entries to be announced/confirmed by a Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood Marketing representative. All entries received through the set period will not carry over into the next prize selection(s) or any future prize selection(s).

The winners will be chosen at random from the pool of total participants.

Prize will be a night getaway for two, including dinner at Hard Rock Cafe and a one night stay at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, FL.

The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino – Hollywood, FL Marketing Department will notify the one (1) winner by replying to their entry comment announcing them as the winner form after 12:00pm EST, Monday, July 1. The winner will be instructed to email hwhr.social@seminolehardrock.com confirming their Full Name as is appears on valid ID, DOB and valid email address to claim their prize by Tuesday, July 2 at 12pm.

Entries and prizes are non-transferable.

One prize per participant per promotion.

This giveaway will run on Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s Instagram page on (6/24/19).

Entries will be accepted until 12:00pm on (7/1/19). Winner(s) will then be selected and contacted via reply to their comment.

Contest Details

  • Prize offer expires 8/31/19. Black out dates apply. Hotel stay is based on availability. Cannot be combined with any other room offer. Advanced reservations are required. Credit card deposit required upon reservation.
  • There is a one entry limit per person for this contest.
  • All entries must be placed by Monday, July 1 2019 at 12:00pm.
  • By providing your email address, you authorize Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood and Seminole Gaming to communicate with you regarding future promotional offers. You may opt out of this service at any time by clicking “unsubscribe.” Must be 21 years or older and must possess valid ID. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  • The winners will be selected by random electronic selection after 12:01pm on Monday, July 1, 2019 and will be notified by an Instagram comment through the winning entry comment.
  • The winner will be instructed to email hwhr.social@seminolehardrock.com by Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 11:59pm in order to claim their prize or else the prize will be forfeited.
  • Prize is non-transferable.

General Rules

  1. Winner must present approved identification. They must be 21 years of age or older and become or be a current Seminole Wild Card member to participate.
  2. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Seminole Hard Rock Marketing Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission.
  3. Any and all applicable taxes or license fees will be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.
  4. Seminole Hard Rock Marketing Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision will be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.
  5. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to use their names, likenesses, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.
  6. Employees of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos and the Seminole Casinos, including Tribal employees and employees of vendors permanently assigned to work at a particular property and their immediate family members may not participate in any casino promotions or events at any of the Seminole properties. Also excluded from participating in promotions and events are Tour Operators, their agents and employees, as well as employees of advertising agencies, and promotional companies, their immediate family members agent’s, successors and assignees.
  7. These rules or this promotion may be modified or cancelled by Management at any time based operational and/or business concerns.
  8. All prizes will be awarded as described. Prizes depicted in advertising are for promotional purposes and subject to manufacturer’s availability and may not accurately represent actual prizes to be won.
  9. Prizes are non-transferable.
  10. Void where prohibited by law.
  11. Participation is limited to U.S. residents.
