Entry & Eligibility

  1. Participants must do the following in order to be entered to win:
    • User must be following @HardRockHolly on Twitter
    • User’s privacy settings must be set to public
    • @HardRockHolly will tweet a message about Hannibal Buress tickets and followers will be required to ‘Retweet’ the original tweet for a chance to win. Once the tweet is ‘Retweeted’ 20 or more times, one follower(s) will be randomly selected to win the prize from those that ‘Retweeted’.
  1. LIMIT of 1 entry per participant.  Entries may be submitted from the time the tweet is posted 10:00 AM EST, Tuesday July 12th until 11:59 PM EST, Sunday July 17th. All entries to be announced/confirmed by a Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood Marketing representative. All entries received through the set period will not carry over into the next prize selection(s) or any future prize selection(s).
  2. Submissions will not be judged for timeliness and accuracy. Participants must ‘Retweet’ the original message posted by @HardRockHolly to be entered for a chance to win. The winner(s) will be chosen at random from the pool of total participants that ‘Retweeted’ the post. Participants’ first ‘Retweet’ will be the only valid/accepted entry.
  3. If the number of ‘Retweets’ required is not reached, Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood reserves the right to cancel the prize selection or choose from existing participant pool.
  4. The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino – Hollywood, FL Marketing Department will notify the winners by tweeting to their Username after 1pm EST Monday, July 18th following the entry period, instructing User to send an email to [email protected] with their Full Name as is appears on valid ID, DOB, address and phone number by 6pm EST, Tuesday July 19th.
  5. Selected winner(s) must reply within 6 hours of being contacted to be eligible to win. If a prospective winner fails to reply within this time period, another winner will be selected. The newly selected winner will have the same timely manner to supply their information and claim their prize. After 2 attempts at selecting a potential winner, Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood reserves the right to cancel that prize selection.
  6. Once confirmed, winner will be also be announced via tweet on @HardRockHolly’s Twitter profile and added to a list at HRL’s box office. Winner(s) must present valid ID and name must match in order to claim their prize.
  7. After the winner(s) is screened via email, a Seminole Hard Rock Marketing representative will reply to the winner(s) via email to verify eligibility and confirm prize won.
  8. Winner(s) must be willing and able to be to claim prize between 12pm – 8pm Friday, July 22nd at the HRL’s box office.
  9. Entries and prizes are non-transferable.
  10. One prize per participant per promotion.

General Rules

  1. Participants must present approved identification and be at least 21 years of age and a US citizen to participate.
  2. Persons who have been trespassed or banned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida or who have opted into the self-exclusion program are prohibited from participating.
  3. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission.
  4. Any and all applicable taxes or license fees will be final and binding on all participants.
  5. Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision will be final and binding on all participants.
  6. By participating, winners hereby give their permission to use their names, likenesses, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.
  7. Employees of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos and the Seminole Casinos and employees of vendors permanently assigned to work at a particular property and their immediate family members may not participate in any casino promotions, giveaways, sweepstakes, contests or events at any of the Seminole properties. Also excluded from participating in promotions and events are Tour Operators, their agents and employees, as well as employees of advertising agencies, and promotional companies, their immediate family members agent’s, successors and assignees.
  8. These rules or this offer may be modified or cancelled by Casino Management at any time based on operational and/or business concerns.
  9. All prizes will be awarded as shown. Prizes depicted in advertising are for promotional purposes and subject to manufacturer’s availability and may not accurately represent actual prizes to be won.
