On October 7, 2015, the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood team set out to Kentucky in search of the perfect barrel.

Once selected, the single barrel was bottled and packaged exclusively for distribution by Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood.

On January 14th, guests can enjoy a special four-course dinner prepared by Council Oak’s Executive Chef, Carl Murphy. Each guest will experience an exclusive dinner, with each course paired with a sampling of Knob Creek Bourbon Whiskey. All attendees will leave with a complimentary bottle of Knob Creek Bourbon Whiskey.
