Happy National Beer Day! What makes this day so special besides having an excuse to chug brews all day long (as if you don’t do that already)? April 7 marks the beginning of the end of prohibition. On this day in 1933, states were once-again permitted to sell low-alcohol beer and wine. Prohibition took effect in 1920, so April 7, 1933 was the first time in 13 years that people could legally drink alcohol again. Yeah, that’s definitely a reason to celebrate!
Lucky for us, April 7 falls on a Saturday this year which means there’s no excuses for not finding a bar and celebrating this great milestone in American history. Here at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, we have several places where you can celebrate.
